Weedsport Woman Charged With Criminal Contempt at Motel Incident

The investigation into a domestic incident at the Roadway Inn in the village of Weedsport resulted in the arrest of a Weedsport woman.

Upon completion of the investigation by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, it was determined that Tina Goodluck was allegedly in violation of an Order of Protection issued out of Auburn City Court by failing to stay away from the protected party.

Goodluck was charged with criminal contempt and sent to Cayuga County Jail.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
