One man is facing a felony charge after smashing a car window during a dispute.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation into a Saturday domestic dispute revealed Ricky Warner shattered the rear passenger window of the victim’s car during an argument in Sennett.
The Weedsport man was taken into custody for criminal mischief. Due to prior domestic violence convictions, Warner was also charged with Aggravated Family Offense, a felony.
The 37-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Sennett Town Court.
