A Weedsport man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following a traffic stop on State Route 89. Brian Myers was stopped after he was observed crossing the center lane. During the traffic stop, it was determined Myers was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
Myers was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation and driving in the center lane.
Myers was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
