A Webster woman has been arrested for an alleged assault over the weekend.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, on Saturday, 64-year-old Mary Collins-Guglietta allegedly got into a physical altercation with another woman. She is accused of body slamming her, pulling out her hair, and grabbing her by the throat, slamming her to the ground twice before being pulled off, resulting in physical injury.
Collins-Guglietta was arrested and charged with Assault and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
