A Webster man is facing charges in Ontario County following an early Monday morning arrest.
46-year-old Jason Burns was allegedly found to be in possession of a crack pipe and multiple baggies of a white-rock-like substance, which was determined to be crack cocaine through field testing.
Burns was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released to appear in Phelps Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
