The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 24-year-old Webster man following the investigation into an accident that happened on December 8th.
Andrew Enderlin was involved in a property damage accident on Stalker Road in the town of Walworth. Enderlin performed Standardized Field Sobriety tests and submitted to a preliminary breath screen, which yielded a positive result. Enderlin submitted blood for analysis at Newark Wayne Hospital shortly after the crash happened. Enderlin was found to have a BAC of .197 through that analysis.
On Monday, Enderlin was subsequently arrested for DWI with a BAC or .08 or greater, 1 count of aggravated DWI with .18 BAC or greater, 1 count of DWI Common Law, and 1 count of moving from lane unsafely.
Enderlin turned himself in at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and will appear in Walworth Town Court at a later date.
