A Webster man was arrested on a charge of petit larceny following the investigation into an incident that happened at the Von Maur store in Victor.
An investigation determined 18-year-old Dimitrios Iosifidis-Piccarreto allegedly stole $98 worth of merchandise.
Iosifidis-Piccarreto was released on an appearance ticket in Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
