A Williamson woman was arrested Tuesday following an investigation of a larceny at the Williamson Orchard Estates.
53-year-old Ericka Sims is accused of stealing a window air conditioning unit that belongs to the apartment complex.
Sims was charged with petit larceny and will appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date.
