A Wayne County woman was arrested on Friday in the Town of Ontario after police say she became upset while visiting family.
It is alleged that Lana Clark went after a family member, grabbing the victim by the throat multiple times. The 23-year-old then picked up a bicycle and threatened to throw it at the victim. Clark then is accused of grabbing the victim and throwing them to the ground. The alleged incident happened in front of two child who were visibly upset.
Clark was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
