Wayne County Sex Offender Accused of Failing to Register New Address

A registered sex offender in Wayne County has been arrested for allegedly failing to notify authorities of his new residence.

Paul Valentine is accused of failing to alert the county of his address change within the required ten-day period.

Valentine was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
