The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Jaron Minns of Rochester, on an arrest warrant for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree.
Deputies took Minns into custody on a warrant issued by Williamson Town Court after he allegedly failed to appear for multiple court dates related to previous traffic stops earlier this year.
Minns was held at the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
