Two Wayne County men have been arrested in connection with a domestic incident that happened at a home on La Frank Drive in Ontario.
It is alleged that during a dispute with another family member, 41-year-old Nicholas Wandtke and 20-year-old Angelo Wandtke, both of Ontario, caused property damage by uprooting several houseplants and disposing of them
The Wandtkes will appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date to answer their charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
