An alleged theft at the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls on Sunday resulted in the arrest of a Wayne County man.
In addition to being accused of stealing from the store, Calvin Solomon is also accused of resisting arrest as they attempted to place the 43-year-old into custody.
Solomon was charged with resisting arrest and petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket following his arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
