The investigation into a family trouble in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Williamson man.
48-year-old Nathaniel Colfer is charged with criminal contempt, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, and endangering the welfare of a child. During the investigation, it was discovered that another incident had also occurred on February 29th.
Colfer was charged with criminal contempt and harassment for that incident. It is alleged that Colfer engaged in a physical attack against the victim, who is protected by an Order of Protection, while children were present.
Colfer was released following his arraignment in Wayne County CAP Court.
