The investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on Christmas Eve has resulted in the arrest of a Palmyra man.
The charges against Andrew Kujawski stem from an incident where he allegedly punched the windows of his car while his four kids were inside. Police say his actions were considered detrimental to the kids physical and mental welfare.
Kujawski was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
