The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man on a Family Court Warrant.
35-year-old Corey Hall, Junior, was taken into custody on Monday.
Hall was taken to the Wayne County Jail and released following his CAP Court arraignment.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was assisted with the investigation by New York State Police as they held Hall until pick-up.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
