The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 27-year-old Town of Rose man on a Family Court warrant.
It is alleged that Damien Clark had a court appearance scheduled on August 13th, which he failed to appear for. A warrant was issued for Clark on the charge of unspecified violation of the Family Court Act.
Clark was brought to the Wayne County Jail and was released following his arraignment. He is due to appear in Wayne County Family Court at a later date and time for further proceedings
