Wayne County Man Arrested on Criminal Possession of a Weapon Charge

The investigation into a one-car crash in the area of Swadling Road in the town of Walworth Tuesday resulted in the arrest of the driver.

As Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies were investigating, they observed Aaron Horn to be behind the wheel of the motor vehicle and observed a loaded firearm on the passenger seat. Further investigation found that Horn did not have a pistol permit and he was taken into custody.

Horn was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.

It was not stated if Horn was the individual involved in the accident.
