The investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Walworth early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Wayne County man.
The charges against Kenneth Hillen stem from an investigation into a domestic incident where it was alleged he struck another person in the face who had an active stay-away order of protection in place.
The 54-year-old Hillen was charged with aggravated family offense, criminal contempt, and assault.
