The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Ontario man following an investigation into a disturbance that occurred in the Town of Ontario.
Deputies arrested Larry T. Cox, age 40, of Ridge Road, Ontario for 1 Count of Harassment in the 2nd Degree following the investigation. It is alleged that Cox placed another person in a headlock during a physical altercation.
Cox was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment before the presiding Judge. Cox is to appear in the Town of Ontario court at a later date and time for further court proceedings.
