Wayne County Man Arrested for Harassment

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Arcadia man for Harassment 2^nd.

Deputies arrested James M. Prebola, age 34, of Ryder Road in the Town of Arcadia. It is alleged that Mr. Prebola struck the victim during a domestic incident.

Mr. Prebola was transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment before the presiding Judge. Prebola is to appear in the Town of Arcadia Court at a later date and time for further court proceedings.
