The investigation into a reported violation of an Order of Protection resulted in the arrest of a Town of Williamson man.
45-year-old Caleb Lacapra is accused of attending an event at the Sodus High School, a location to which the Order states he is not allowed.
Lacapra was charged with criminal contempt and was released from the Wayne County Jail to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
