State Police have arrested a Wayne County man following a reported domestic incident.
Jeffrey Nelson is accused of placing a woman in an aggressive body hold that prevented her from leaving a home in the village of Sodus on Saturday. The victim also told police that the 41-year-old Nelson had also allegedly touched the intimate areas of her body on several occasions. Nelson, who lives in Sodus, was charged with unlawful imprisonment and forcible touching.
Following his arraignment, Nelson was released and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
