A Wayne County man has been arrested for allegedly violating an active order of protection by threatening to kill his father during a domestic incident.
38-year-old Justin Stensrud is also accused of damaging a door jam by kicking in a bedroom door at a residence in the village of Palmyra. He was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and harassment.
Stensrud was released following his arraignment to appear in Village of Palmyra Court at a later date.
