Wayne County Man Accused of Lying to Employer About Hours Worked

SHARE NOW

A Wayne County man is accused of collecting a paycheck from his employer for hours he did not work.

Between October 14th and November 10th, Patrick Ridgway is accused of clocking into his work at Blue Heron Country Club in Walworth while at his home.

An investigation by the sheriff’s department resulted in the 35-year-old being charged with three counts of petit larceny and three counts of falsifying business records.

Ridgway was released on an appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
