The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ontario man after a complaint earlier this month.
Deputies say 49-year-old Andreas Vagianos, of Ontario Center Road, was taken into custody on Tuesday following an incident on August 8.
According to investigators, Vagianos was allegedly standing naked in his driveway around 4:50 p.m., exposing himself toward the public roadway. A passing neighbor called 911 to report the incident.
Vagianos has been charged with public lewdness in the first degree and harassment in the second degree. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
