A Wayne County man will appear in court later this month following the investigation into a disturbance that happened at the intersection of Number 39 and Allen Roads in the town of Savannah.
Nathan Rigby is accused of leaving the car he was driving in the middle of the road running and with its windows down. Inside of the car were two firearms located in plain view and one was loaded.
Rigby was charged with Improper Storage of Firearms inside of a vehicle. The Town of Galen man will appear in Savannah Town Court at a later date.
