A Wayne County man was arrested Tuesday after police say he threatened to kill his wife.
The charges against 45-year-old Brian Smith stem from an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Ontario where it is alleged he threatened to kill his wife and in the process of leaving her home and punched two holes in the wall.
Smith was charged with harassment and criminal mischief and will appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
