A Marion man was charged with two counts of attempted criminal mischief following the investigation into a domestic dispute.
It is alleged that on Saturday, Daniel Luckman discarded a laptop belonging to the victim into a water filled ground spring following a verbal domestic dispute. It is also alleged that Luckman then dumped used diesel motor oil on the shrubs and landscaping around the victim’s house.
Luckman was transported to the Wayne County Jail for Central Arraignment where he will appear before the presiding judge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
