An aggressive driving incident in Wayne County on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of an Ontario man.
47-year-old Mark Anson, of Ontario, was driving on State Route 104 in Webster when the alleged incident occurred with another car. State Police say the incident continued on to Boston Road, where Anson allegedly displayed a handgun during the incident.
Anson was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. He was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
