A Wayne County man has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted a woman with a 2X4.
The alleged incident happened on CSX Railroad property in the town of Lyons on May 11th. The victim told State Police she was beaten up by an unidentified man who used a 2X4. An investigation led to the arrest of 32-year-old Alejandro Villarreal, of Williamson.
Villarreal was charged with felony assault and sent to Wayne County Jail.
