A Steuben County woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a burglary charge.
62-year-old Ruth Young-Card is accused of entering the victim’s garage on Rice Road in Bloomfield and stealing property.
The Wayland woman was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
