A Waverly woman was ticketed by Penn Yan Police for driving on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended license.
Amber Sprague was also ticketed for having a suspended registration and no insurance. A traffic stop was initiated and Sprague was cited for the offenses.
Sprague was issued appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
