A Watkins Glen woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of the City of Oneonta.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports 30-year-old Brittany Vanwoert was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and sent to Schuyler County Jail.
Vanwoert was eventually turned over to the Oneonta Police Department.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
