A Watkins Glen man has been arrested on four warrants out of neighboring Chemung County.
29-year-old Trevor Mitstifer was arrested the day after Christmas on two family court warrants, one bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation out of Big Flats Town Court and a bench warrant out of Van Etten Town Court for charges of aggravated harassment and unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image.
Following his arrest, Mitstifer was brought to Chemung County Jail on the Family Court charges
