A Watkins Glen man faces charges following a hit-and-run property damage accident in Montour Falls.
85-year-old Harvey Greenstein was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle along with traffic citations for the February 8th accident on West Main Street in Montour Falls.
Greenstein was released on appearance tickets for Montour Falls Village Court.
