A Watkins Glen man faces a felony charge of criminal mischief in the village of Penn Yan.
Jason Boswell is accused of intentionally striking a car belonging to another person multiple times with his vehicle, causing more than 15-HUNDRED dollars worth of damage. The alleged incident happened back on September 2nd. Boswell was arrested Monday at the Schuyler County Jail where he is being held on unrelated charges.
Following his arraignment in Penn Yan, Boswell was returned to the Schuyler County Jail.
