The investigation into a complaint on Jennings Road in the town of Reading resulted in the arrest of a Watkins Glen man.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested 69-year-old Walter Adam on charges of disorderly conduct, endangering the welfare of a child, and falsely reporting an incident.
Adam was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in the Town of Reading Court.
