A Waterloo woman is facing drunk driving charges after crashing her vehicle into a ditch on Halloween night.
According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, officers were called to the area of State Route 414 and County House Road for a report of a vehicle off the road.
Police say the driver, 32-year-old Danielle Williams, was found to be intoxicated following a roadside investigation. She was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher.
Williams was processed and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
