A Waterloo woman is facing charges after she was stopped by police for erratic driving in the early morning hours of July 7.
According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, 23-year-old Corin Zwick was observed crossing the center line multiple times and failing to maintain her lane. During the traffic stop, officers determined that Zwick was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Zwick was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, as well as Crossing the Hazard Line, a traffic violation.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
