Waterloo Woman Charged With Conspiracy, Petit Larceny

A Waterloo woman faces charges in Seneca Falls following an investigation.

The arrest of Cassandra Stage stems from an alleged theft that occurred at an undisclosed business where Stage selected merchandise held for sale and passed all points of sale in which she failed to render payment.

Stage was charged with petit larceny and conspiracy and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
