A Waterloo woman was arrested Thursday by the Seneca Falls Police Department on two bench warrants.
The warrants were issued for Mindy Aguilera’s arrest she allegedly failed to appear for two separate incidents, both of which stem from her allegedly stealing property from a local business.
Aguilera was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
