A Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department for an alleged incident that happened on September 21st of last year.
Mindy Aguilera is accused of stealing merchandise from a local business and leaving the store before police arrived.
The 46-year-old Aguilera was taken into custody by Seneca Falls Police at the Ontario County Jail and was sent to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
