A Waterloo woman was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on a bench warrant on Sunday.
The arrest of Kristin Adler stems from a bench warrant that was issued when Adler allegedly failed to appear in court to answer a petit larceny charge. During a dispute at a residence in Waterloo, Adler was identified and it was learned there was a warrant for her arrest.
Adler was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she will await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
