The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo woman following an incident that occurred in relation to a DWI investigation at a prior date.
Deputies arrested 38-year-old Kristin Adler for active charges she had pending from a prior date. It is alleged that Adler urinated on the floor of the Sheriff’s Office deputies room during a DWI investigation at a prior date.
Adler was taken to Wayne County Jail for prints and photos and released with an appearance ticket for court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
