A Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop.
Mindy Aguilera was the passenger in the car that was stopped by deputies. It was determined that during the course of their investigation, Aguilera had two bench warrants out of the town of Seneca Falls. While being placed into custody, the 46-year-old was allegedly found to have suspected cocaine and Adderall on her.
Aguilera was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for the warrants and was processed on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Due to the failure to appear charges, Aguilera was held for CAP Court.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Waterloo and Seneca Falls Police Departments and New York State Police
