A Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.
The warrant for BobbiJo Vanhouten’s arrest was issued after she allegedly failed to appear in court on the original charges of two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
Vanhouten was brought to the Seneca County Jail following her arrest to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
