A Waterloo woman who had to have EMS personnel perform life-saving measures on her after they responded to the report of a person unconscious in their car back in March is now facing charges for that incident.
Amanda Johnson-Porter is accused of driving under the influence of an illicit substance back in March.
Seneca Falls Police arrested Johnson-Porter on September 1st on a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs and was released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court in early October.
