A 28-year-old Waterloo woman has been arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department following a complaint of a larceny at a local business.
Keri Miller is accused of concealing merchandise under her jacket while she was shopping in the store, then passing all points of sale without rendering payment for the merchandise that was hidden. After Miller was taken into custody, she was allegedly found to have been in possession of a controlled substance. Miller was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Miller was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
