An 18-year-old from Waterloo was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of harassment.
Devon Lee’s arrest stems from an incident that happened on April 27th in Waterloo where he allegedly made unwanted physical contact with the victim.
Lee was turned over to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office to await CAP court.
